Havelock North Cyclone Restore | Hastings
Nestled in Havelock North and surrounded by beautiful bush with stunning views of Te Mata Peak lies this 1970 property. Unfortunately, when Cyclone Gabrielle struck Hawkes Bay in February 2023, a large tree landed on the roof causing extensive damage. As a result, gib linings and floor coverings etc were also ruined and needed replacing. The new roof, windows and joinery were installed followed by interior finishes such as gib, paint, kitchen, bathrooms and new flooring throughout, giving the home a fresh and complete restore. Situated at the rear of the house the timber deck and its balustrade were badly impaired by the fallen tree so as desired by our client a more modern looking timber batten balustrade was put up by our team. After overcoming different challenges and obstacles throughout the project, Pro-Structure Ltd was able to rehabilitate this property and meet all needs and requests of the homeowner.
