A classical country home, once an old farmhouse was renovated by Pro-Structure as per our client’s request. Boasting a post war colonial homestead, board and batten cladding was utilised with shingles lining the gable ends and timber joinery windows to match the character of the original home.

Our client grows grapes. They needed a purpose-built facility to turn it into wine.
The production of wine is exacting and scientific, and requires a structure that will accommodate those needs. We used reinforced raft foundation slabs to carry the weight of fermentation tanks, and added gentle sloping floors for drainage. The concrete was also treated with special neutralising chemicals to cope with grape run off.
